Matcha Christmas Tree Pancakes

One big fluffy pancake under a blanket of matcha cream, with cherry ornaments and a butter star. The cutest holiday breakfast.

Hojicha Tiramisu

Tiramisu, the Japanese way: ladyfingers soaked in strong hojicha instead of espresso, layered with mascarpone cream and dusted with hojicha.

Salted Cream Matcha

The one we make on repeat: an iced matcha latte crowned with a cloud of salted cream. Sweet, salty, and impossibly smooth.
